சிறை – ஸ்வீடனின் ஹால்பி சிறார் சிறையிலிருந்து ஒன்பது ஹைக்கூ கவிதைகள்

கால் பந்தை உதைத்தார்கள் அவர்கள்
குழப்பம் திடீரென – பந்து
சுவர் மீது பறந்து போகிறது.
(2)

அவர்கள் அடிக்கடி சத்தமிடுகிறார்கள்
காலத்தை அச்சுறுத்துவது போல்- அதனால்
மேலும் விரைவாய் அது செல்லுமென்று-

(3)

தவறாய் மொழியப்பட்டு அவர்களின்
வாழ்வு- ஆனால் அழிந்து விடாது வாழும் அழகு
பச்சை குத்தியது போல்
(4)

தப்பியோடியவன்
பிடிக்கப்பட்ட போது அவன்
சட்டைப் பை நிறைய காளான்கள்

(5)

கடையிலிருந்து வரும் சப்தமும்
கண்காணிப்புக் கோபுரத்தின் கனத்த காலடிகளும்
காட்டைக் குழப்புகின்றன

(6)

முகப்புவாயிற் கதவம் சறுக்கி மேலுயர்கிறது
சிறை முற்றத்தில் நிற்கிறோம் யாம்.
புதிய பருவ காலம் இது.

பாதரச விளக்குகள்
ஒளிர்கின்றன- பைலட் ஒரு
துண்டளவு மாய ஒளியைக் காண்கிறான்

நிசி- ஒரு பன்னிரண்டு சக்கர வண்டி
சிறைவாசிகளின் கனவுகளை
நடுக்கி நகர்கிறது

சிறுவன் பாலருந்துகிறான்,
சொகுசாய் உறங்குகிறான் தன் கல்-தாய்,
சிறு சிறையறைக்குள்

Prison
(Nine Haiku from Hallby Prison for Boys, Sweden)

1.
They kicked the football
suddenly confusion- the ball
flies over the wall

2.
They make noise often
as if to frighten time
so it goes faster

3.
Their lives are spelled
wrong- but beauty survives
just like tattoos

4.
When the escapee
was caught he had his pockets
full of mushrooms

5.
The noise from the shop
and the heavy steps of watchtower
confuse the woods

6.
The main gate slides up
we stand in the prison yard
it’s a new season

7.
The mercury lamps
come on- the pilot sees a patch
of illusory light

8.
Night- a twelve-wheeler
goes by making the dreams of
inmates shiver

9.
The boy drinks his milk
and sleeps cozy in his cell
a mother of stone
